Eoghan McCabe - CEO and co-founder of Intercom
🇺🇸 Intercom’s $400m Masterclass: CEO Eoghan McCabe has pulled off one of the most aggressive pivots in SaaS history. Intercom just surpassed $400m in ARR, with their AI agent Fin already on track to hit $100m. McCabe’s secret? "Creative destruction." To win in the age of agents, they intentionally cannibalized their own legacy workflow revenue, sacrificed $60m in ARR to launch outcome-based pricing, and shifted 80% of R&D to AI. The message to the industry is clear: destroy your past before someone else does it for you.
🇬🇧 Scaling FemTech with NVIDIA: London-based reproductive health company Hertility has been accepted into the NVIDIA Inception Programme, a major signal that they are evolving into a foundational AI platform. Founded to close the gap in women's clinical research, they’ve already built a massive global dataset of 835,000 reproductive variables. By plugging into NVIDIA's elite tech stack and investor network, they are turning that data into the engine for the next generation of hormonal and fertility diagnostics.
🇺🇸 Nory’s American Dream: Having conquered the UK and Ireland, Conor Sheridan is officially moving to New York to lead Nory’s US expansion. Fresh off a $37m Series B, Nory is positioning itself as the "AI-native operating system" for restaurants. In a market crippled by labor inflation, Nory is promising 50% reductions in food waste and saving managers 100+ hours of back-office admin every month. With new customers already live, Nory is ready to take a massive bite out of US hospitality.
🇦🇺 Kreoh Lands Down Under: Irish-founded Kreoh is officially live on consultant desktops in Australia, bringing its AI-powered R&D tax engine to the Southern Hemisphere. After scaling across the UK’s Top 10 accountancy firms, they’ve localized the platform for the Aussie regulatory environment to automate project screening and narrative drafting. Founders Ben O'Sullivan & Garry Tiscovschi and the team are heading to Melbourne and Sydney in early March to meet the industry and show off their product.

The Holy Trinity: Wicklow based Trinity BioTech has secured up to $25m in funding for its diagnostics business and CGM+ rollout.
14 Irish companies have been included in the Financial Times Europe’s fastest-growing companies list.
Ever-tight: Evervault, the Dublin-based data security company has raised $25m in Series B funding to expand its team.
Northern raises: Optik in Derry, farmdrive in Antrim and Foresight in Belfast, have received over £1.8m in equity investment from Techstart Ventures.
